Rights Conferred to Artistry AI
By engaging with Artistry AI, you endow us with a perpetual, global, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable license to replicate, develop derivative works from, publicly exhibit, and sublicense the images you generate on Artistry AI, as well as the prompts you input. Essentially, we require comprehensive rights to the content on Artistry AI to facilitate our service operations and grant sublicenses to other users under the ensuing conditions.
Personal Use
Artistry AI images are available for personal use at no cost. Personal use encompasses the utilization of Artistry AI images in projects that do not generate revenue. For instance, personal websites, non-commercial videos, or prints for home decor fall under this category.
Commercial Use
A subscription to Artistry AI is requisite for the commercial use of Artistry AI images. Commercial use is defined as employing Artistry AI images in revenue-generating projects, such as corporate websites, monetized videos, or tangible products. The resale or sublicensing of Artistry AI images on stock photo platforms or other marketplaces is prohibited unless you are the bona fide creator of the image via the Artistry AI image generator.

While the predominant corpus of Artistry AI images are generated through Artistry AI's proprietary model—subject to the terms above—a curated selection of images is produced using the Latent Consistency model. These specific images are licensed under CC0, permitting commercial usage devoid of a subscription.
